Refund Policy

Payment is generally not required up front. If you have prepaid and for some reason need to cancel a session, this session can be rebooked or a refund provided. A request to cancel the session must be received within 24 hours before the commencement of the session for a full refund to be provided. Requests to cancel the session within 24 hours of the commencement of the session, will not be subject to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, e.g death of an animal.

Refunds cannot be provided after services have been rendered.
